I had truck issues several miles back on a steep and narrow mountain logging road that required me to use the SOS call. I am incredibly lucky that Montana towing took that call. Mark was able to get to me much faster than expected and navigated the roads flawlessly. Mark was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond. Office staff (sorry for not remembering their names) were amazing. Instead of having me pay an expensive towing bill up front (which was still less than expected based on the situation), they personally called my insurance agent and were able to bill them directly. Fingers crossed I never am in this situation again but it was an amazing experience from start to finish and I can't recommend them enough.
